What happens during the first 10 days?+
The introductory period costs £1. It is designed to let a family experience LearnOS before the selected weekly, monthly or yearly subscription begins.
Can I cancel?+
Yes. LearnOS is designed to be cancellable at any time. Once live billing is connected, cancellation will stop future renewal while access continues until the end of the current paid period.
What if I have more than one learner?+
Choose the number of learner profiles before checkout. The family total is calculated from the selected billing period and number of learners. Each learner keeps a separate profile, year group, progress and reports.
Will every learner see every year group?+
No. Premium learning access remains profile-aware. A student uses the learning and exam-preparation content appropriate to their year group, while the LearnOS admin override remains separate for development.
